Inspired by Alliot and Iza, we’ve been playing with cabbage juice. Playing with lemon juice and baking soda, turning purple to geenish blue (alkali), purple to reddish pink (acid), and
back. You can use cabbage juice or decoction, play with fruit juices, vinegar, .... Have fun!
